We keep on getting reports about phone corruption allegedly after installing our themes on OS 6 devices (9700, 9780), but this is a known software error in those BlackBerries, not ours.
This error is triggered when you are using some custom theme for OS 6 (we DO NOT make custom themes!) and then you install or change to a regular OS 6 theme. After this action, your phone may start acting oddly, or reset itself suddenly; showing a white screen reading “App Error 602″, and, in the worst case, corrupt the phone’s operating system. Again: we do not make custom themes, because of that software error. If you only download themes from us, you should not experience any problem.
Before you install our themes:
-Change to your default stock theme (the one your BlackBerry was using when you got it)
-Download the theme you want from our web site and install it
-Restart your BlackBerry after installation, by taking the battery out our your phone.
-Enjoy your new theme from Blueberry Themes!!!

the download for 9780 is with a virus ,
your blackberry is tripping after the download so don’t do !
you cane fix it easy , go to bb site and download desktop software with that program you cane remove this
so also the theme ,

en dan gaat je bb aan en dan staat er iets en dan klik je ‘ok’ en dan is het klaar.
ik vond het echt een heel erg leuk thema, dus ik en een vriendin hebben hem gelijk gedownload! en wat bleek? allebei onze bb bold 9780 helemaal GECRASHT. we kunnen allebei niks meer met ons bb , bedankt hoor ;)

ik had deze ook gedownload heel leuk maar mijn hele bb was gecrashed. ik heb een nieuwe software moeten downloaden via blackberry dekstop manager
nu doet die het weer gewoon
Mijn bb (bold 9780) is dus ook helemaal vastgelopen! Maar dat safe mode ding lukt mij dus niet!
dit is wat ik doe:
ik haal de batterij eruit en stop hem er weer in.
zodra het rode lampje uit gaat druk ik op de delete toets.
deze houd ik ingedrukt tot het laad scherm stopt.
dan toets ik mijn code in en komt er niks en doet hij het nog steeds niet… :(

JUST START IN SAFE MODE, ( when you remove the battery, wait ’till the red LED turns out and hold the escape button the whole time while he’s loading, and when he’s done loading release the button, and click OK & REMOVE THE THEME OR RESET YOUR PHONE )

It has nothing to do with a custom theme ( you may have downloaded before you downloaded this theme) i have cleaned up my blackberry with fabrics and the only theme that i had on my bb was blackberry 6 ( the theme that comes with your blackberry) and i downloaded this theme, and then my blackberry crashed, so i deleted this as soon as possible, and now my bb is doing fine, but it’s really the theme, it has nothing to do with a custom theme.
ow, so unfare that they haven’t him for the blackberry 9300…
Or they still have him but I don’t know it yet?

I downloaded more great themes from you and had never any problems.
But after i downloaded this one phone tottaly crashed.
He didn’t react on anything
Now i got it back from the store and got an new update.
But had to miss my blackberry for 2 weeks

This happens with older versions of 6.0 Operating System
i downloaded a theme before i downloaded this and it was fine… after i downloaded this one, its no longer working… once i try to access options or whatever, it freezes… i tried restarting it and taking battery out… it happens everytime :( im really sad cuz its not cheap to get a new phone :( im really sad espescially cuz i was really excited at how nice ur themes were….
