May we know What is your BlackBerry model and the operating system it’s running? (Options> About).
Our themes are currently designed to work on BlackBerry 8520/8530,
if you install a theme for a diferent model, it cannot be used.
but soon we’ll make for more models

Coni, si te mando el link para que lo instales con el Desktop Manager
pero por favor pasanos tu modelo de BB y Sistema Operativo
